1 General Terms & Introduction

Krikia io (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "krikia io") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the krikia io website, mobile application, and all related services.

By creating an account on krikia io, placing a bet, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

Krikia io reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Verification

A valid account is required to place bets on krikia io. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

2.1 Information Required for Registration

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Date of birth (must be 18 years of age or older)
• Valid mobile number and email address
• Current Address
• Preferred payment method

2.2 KYC Verification

Krikia io follows the Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with international regulations. Identity verification is mandatory in the following cases:

• Before your first withdrawal
• When total deposits exceed ৳50,000 BDT
• If suspicious activity is detected on your account
• Krikia io reserves the right, at its discretion, at any time

2.3 One Account Per Person

Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, payment method, or under the name of the same household member is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility Requirements

Krikia io takes a strict stance against underage gaming. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

Anyone who creates an account using a false age will have all winnings and balances forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods

Krikia io supports all popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are typically instant or credited within 5 minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 BDT
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit
• At least one successful deposit is required before your first withdrawal

4.3 Transaction Fees

Krikia io generally does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which krikia io is not responsible.

5 Betting Rules & Odds Policy

Please read and understand the following rules before placing a bet at krikia io. These terms apply to all types of betting.

5.1 Bet Acceptance Policy

• A bet is considered valid only upon receiving confirmation from the system
• If your internet connection drops, the bet may be cancelled — in which case your funds will be returned
• Krikia io reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds
• The maximum bet amount per event is fixed and may vary across markets

5.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled or postponed:

1. Single Bet: a full refund will be issued
2. Multiple bets (accumulator): cancelled events will be given odds of 1.0 and the remaining selections will stand
3. If the event does not resume within 24 hours, the bet will be considered void

5.3 Live Betting Special Rules

Odds change rapidly in live betting. If the odds shift between the time you submit your bet and when the system confirms it:

• If the odds are higher: the bet will be accepted at the new odds
• If the odds are lower: you will be given the option to accept or decline the new odds

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Krikia io offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• 150% bonus on your first deposit — up to ৳10,000
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 BDT is required to qualify for a bonus
• Wagering Requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered × 10 times
• Wagering Time Limit: within 30 days of receiving the bonus
• Each bet must have minimum odds of 1.50 to count toward wagering requirements

6.2 Weekly Cashback

• Every Monday, receive 10% cashback on your net losses from the previous week
• Maximum cashback amount: ৳5,000 BDT
• Cashback wagering requirement: 1x

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited
• Krikia io reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• Accounts found misusing bonuses will be suspended

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a fair and safe environment on krikia io:

• Match Fixing: Placing bets using advance knowledge of an event's outcome
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds differences across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false information
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illegal funds
• Hacking & Fraud: Unauthorized access to the system or any attempt to steal data
• Support for Minors: Facilitating betting for users under 18 years of age
• Fake Identity: Operating an account under someone else's name or a false identity

If any of the above activities are detected, your account will be immediately closed, all balances and winnings will be confiscated, and law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

8.1 Closed at User's Request

You can request to close your account at any time. Get in touch via support chat or email. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

8.2 Closure by krikia io

Krikia io may suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Terms & Conditions Violation
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Suspicious transactions or suspected fraud
• Court order or directive from a regulatory authority

8.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of Responsible Gaming, you can exclude yourself from the platform for a set period. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to 5 years.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

Krikia io believes betting is entertainment — not an addiction. We encourage all members to bet responsibly.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum stake per bet
• Break Mode: Place your account on a break for 24 hours to 6 weeks
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders showing how much time and money you have spent

12 Right to Amend Terms

Krikia io reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

• For major changes, notifications will be sent via email and in-app alerts
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, please request to close your account
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
